BCCI – The Board of Control For Cricket In India is all set to launch a rival to the Indian Cricket League. The ICL was launched by Zee TV chief Subash Chandra. Kapil Dev was roped in to bring players from around to play in the ICL. Seeing the success of Twenty20 format around the world BCCI has decided the launch the Indian Premier League Cricket Series. Details are awaited.
